All of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) to ensure the highest quality.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and printed before it is shipped.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or peak seasons (such as holidays).

We proudly offer worldwide shipping!

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • WhatIsTheFish.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

📦 4. Tracking Information

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather, postal strikes, or global logistics issues. If you have not received your package within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@whatisthefish.com, and we will investigate the matter immediately.
