WhatIsTheFish.com - Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused.

  • Have original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

  • For Defective/Damaged Products: WhatIsTheFish.com will provide a pre-paid shipping label. The return shipping is Free.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of mind): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We charge No restocking fee ($0) on all returns.

3. How to Request a Return To request a return, please contact us at: support@whatisthefish.com If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: Custom/personalized products, final sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods.

6. Shipping Issues & Address Accuracy We strive to deliver your orders accurately. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. In cases where a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions.

8. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
